Not all homes are created equal and neither are all REALTORS®.  What sets us apart is our attention to the highest level of performance for our clients.  It's reported that over 70% of all first inquiries regarding real estate are derived from the Internet.  Therefore we've placed critical attention to the use of both technology and fundamental applications to insure you the most satisfaction to the process.  They are as follows:  

  • We will provide you with a detailed market analysis showing what homes like yours have sold for recently and what your home is likely to bring. I'll discuss this analysis with you, and, using the information it provides, help you arrive at the best listing price for your home.
  • We will counsel you regarding any pre-listing home preparation needed, and, if needed, provide referrals to contractors for repairs. I will also oversee the work, if needed.
  • We will counsel you regarding the best way to handle showing your home—from "staging" your home to answering phone calls to what to do if someone shows up unexpectedly.
  • We will arrange for a pest control inspection and counsel you on dealing with any work that’s recommended, so as to save you money.
  • We will discuss your moving plans and finding another home if needed, so you feel comfortable putting your home on the market.
  • We have a sign and lockbox installed on your property if you want them.
  • We will take top quality color photos and submit them to MLS, internet and the advertising media.
  • We write an MLS listing designed to attract agents and buyers to the home.
  • We will create specially tailored Internet remarks for maximum appeal, as well as safety, and list your home on the Internet.
  • We will list your property on our web site, www.winwiththeAteam.com it will feature the entire list of property listings for viewers who come to this site to search for homes.
  • We will design and print color flyers and distribute them to agents county wide
  • We will hold open houses for real estate agents, with delicious food. We will promote the home to real estate agents so they come to preview your home. We will be there to serve the food, greet the visitors, and answer questions.
  • We hold Sunday open houses for the public if you want them.
  • We will take all calls from prospective buyers and show the home to them, and will answer all questions from real estate agents.
  • We will promote your home enthusiastically to other agents
  • We will provide counseling when offers are received and write counter offers (multiple counter offers, if needed).
  • During the under contract period, we will stay on top of the time frames specified by the purchase agreement, and make sure that the buyers comply with their part of the contract.
  • We set up an appointment for the walk-through, and attend the closing, so that if you have any last-minute questions, we can either answer them or get the answers on the spot.
  • We will be available to you after the closing to answer questions and to troubleshoot any leftover problems or loose ends, should there be any.
